Estimates are free within 20 miles of our offices.
We charge by the hour and by the job. Larger jobs are estimate by the job but smaller jobs such as assembly, installing blinds, hanging items, etc. are charged by the hour.
All of our services are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with any of our services, please notify us immediately. We will do our very best to correct or satisfy any issue.
It is not absolutely necessary, but we prefer to have someone at the home that is at least 18 years old. You may arrange for us to gain access to your property and to lock it after we leave. If you are out-of-state, we can provide pictures of the finished job that would be emailed along with the invoice. In all cases we treat your home with the utmost respect and care.

Yes, we are fully licensed and commercially insured. We hold all required licenses for a handyman company in Nebraska. Check out our About Us page to learn more about our company.
Saturday appointments are quickly filled and usually require a 4 to 6 week wait. We do not book appointments for Sunday.
In some cases we prefer that customers purchase some of the items needed for a job. Items such as light fixtures, faucets, toilets, shelves, ceiling fans, tile, laminate flooring, and others that are to our customer’s liking or preference. Construction items such as drywall, lumber, repair parts, etc. are better purchased by us, so that we get the correct items.
We only require a deposit for costly materials when the cost is more than $1,000. Any refunds would require a re-stocking fee, depending on the cost of the parts or materials.
We accept cash, check, and credit cards. A 3% fee is added to the total of the invoice when paying by credit card.
You may schedule an appointment with us by calling one of our locations, emailing us, or completing our request estimate form. We usually have availability within 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the season. We schedule jobs to be done Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm (if it is a small job, we would schedule no later than 3 pm – if it is a larger job, we will not schedule after 12 pm). We DO NOT schedule afterhours (between 5 pm and 7 am).
